First Aid Training 4 U is based at 46 Fore Bondgate in the picturesque market town of Bishop Auckland in South West Durham.

The majority of our courses are held in or around the North East, North Yorkshire and Cleveland. We have regular open courses in the Bishop Auckland area, and we can bring the First Aid courses to you, wherever you are!

Employers have an obligation under the health and safety (first aid) regulations 1981 to make adequate and appropriate first aid provision for their employees.

If you are a private individual or an organisation that requires First Aid training, we can deliver the training for you.

The EYFS states that ‘At least one person who has a current paediatric first aid certificate must be on the premises at all times when children are present. There must be at least one person on outings who has a current paediatric first aid certificate.

First aid training must be approved by the local authority and consistent with guidance set out in the Practice Guidance for the Early Years Foundation Stage.’ First Aid Training 4 U is an approved provider with County Durham Sure Start.

Our courses are delivered by registered Paramedics and Emergency Care Practitioners so you can be assured that many years of experience in Pre-Hospital care is at the disposal of the student.

We take great care in providing a relaxed and informative atmosphere on all our courses. There is emphasis on promoting confidence in the abilities of the students.

All our courses are delivered to a standard that exceeds the Health and Safety requirements, our trainers have had many years experience in the Paramedic and Emergency care environment and all hold teaching and assessing qualifications.

We are dedicated to improving health and safety for all people by teaching the skills required to deal with emergency situations whenever they may occur, this could be in the work place, home, sporting events, in fact accidents and sudden illness can happen at any time and anywhere

We are approved and regulated to conduct HSE First Aid courses.
